What is Pokémon Yellow?

Pokémon is a video game series which has turned into a popular franchise which includes video games, animé, trading cards, and more.

Pokémon Yellow is a video game made for the Game Boy. Like Red and Blue, you go around the Kanto region and train Pokémon, and occasionally beat bosses and other trainers. One of the most notable differences between this game and the previous games, Red and Blue, is that instead of choosing between Bulbasaur, Squirtle, or Charmander, your starter Pokémon is a Pikachu.
